Who we are
Adrenalex ("Adrenalex," "we," "us") operates Adrenalex.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or join our list, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and, if you choose, your mobile phone number when you sign up for updates.
- Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate location (country or region), pages viewed and referring site. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To send you product news, launch alerts, Kickstarter campaign updates and offers you asked for.
- To send text messages if you opted in to SMS alerts.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Adrenalex at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email rewired@adrenalex.com and we'll remove you.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send messages (for example, our hosting provider and email or SMS platform), who may use it only to provide those services to us, or when required by law.
Kickstarter
If you back Adrenalex on Kickstarter, Kickstarter's own privacy policy governs the information you give Kickstarter. Kickstarter shares limited backer information with us (such as name, email and shipping address) so we can deliver rewards.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while you remain subscribed or as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing rewired@adrenalex.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
